Delivery and returns
Read this before you order rather than after, and there should be no surprises.
When it goes out
Made to order, usually posted within 3-5 days. Anything with your own wording on it waits until you have approved the proof, so the clock starts when you reply rather than when you order.

- Royal Mail Tracked 48, £3.95 — 2-3 working days
- Royal Mail Tracked 24, £5.95 — Next working day
- Free on orders over £50.00.
UK only at the moment. If you are overseas and want something, email me and I will work out the actual postage rather than guess at it.
If it arrives damaged
Send me a photo the day it lands and I will remake it and post it out. No argument, no returning the broken one first. Timber and slate do not always enjoy the postal system and that is my problem, not yours.
Returning something
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 days from delivery to change your mind about a stock item, and another 14 to send it back. It needs to come back unused and you cover the return postage unless it was faulty.
Personalised pieces
Anything cut with your own wording, names or dates on it is exempt from those rules, because I cannot sell it to anybody else. That is exactly why I send a proof and wait for a yes before cutting. If I cut it wrong against the proof you approved, I remake it free. If the proof was right and the spelling was wrong, get in touch anyway and we will sort something out.
Cancelling
Before I have cut, a full refund, no questions. After cutting, it depends on the piece and I will be straight with you about it.
